I know it hardly rains here in Bay Area, CA but when it does it's not a drizzle. This raincoat does not work in rain if you are a Letter Carrier; Exposed to Water for a Prolong period Gets wet very Early and you start feeling moist ....and then wet. I know I should have spent extra and got a Gortex one. The winter rains are worst. Perhaps it was just the one piece that I got. But for $90 or so I wouldn't recommend it.
